Deck - the deck sweeps around half of the house and gives the platform for the viewing and seating areas. The deck was installed by Steve Joss and Russell Watt from Tierra Landscape Development Ltd. Go to website http://www.tierra.co.nz/ for more information.
Glass balustrade - the glass balustrade runs along the front of the deck and provides excellent vistas from inside the house and from the deck. The deck was installed by Provista Balustrades Systems from their semi frameless range.

Raised gardens - I installed the raised gardens around the property to make it easier to weed and care for. Two of them are specifically for flowers and shrubs the other is the vegetable garden. All have been filled with garden mix from Ablaze http://www.ablazenz.com/
Hydroseeded lawn - the lawn has been hydroseeded but still needs to be oversown to raise the lawn to the height of the mowing strip.
This raised garden still has roses to be planted compared with the one below which is the start of the vegetable garden.
